EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you change your mind, we will happily accept all full price items purchased from Donna-Morgan.com that are not worn, altered, or washed, for a full refund if returned within 30 days. All original tags must be attached and your return slip/packing slip needs to be included in your shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards and Store Credit are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Final Sale items may not be returned and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All Fabric and Swatch orders are Final Sale.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery.
If an item is returned after 30 days of purchase the item will be put back into stock and the item will be not be reimbursed.
The customer is responsible for the cost return of shipping.
Items may only be returned or exchanged to Donna-Morgan.com if they were purchased on Donna-Morgan.com.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, Donna-Morgan.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
U.S. EXCHANGES and RETURNS:
If you would like to exchange your original order, please do so within 30 days of delivery. You will need to place a new order with your desired style, color, and size.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, please include your original order invoice within the return package.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in an exchange.
If you have an account on www.donna-morgan.com:
- 1. Log in on Donna-Morgan.com
- 2. Select “My Orders”
- 3. Select “Order Details”
- 4. Then select “Return”
- 5. You will have the option to “Print Shipping Label”
- 6. On your order invoice, please write the reason for your return and include the invoice in your return shipment.
Note: A deduction of $9.95 will be made to your refund when using our return label.

Note: You may create your own shipping label. However, we strongly recommend tracking and insurance on your package.
Please write the reason for your return on your order invoice.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed after you receive an email confirming our warehouse has received your item (s).
Please return international orders within 30 days of delivery.
- 1. Please contact us within the 30 days to create a commercial return invoice.
- 2. Print the commercial invoice and/or return label.
- 3. Please attach the commercial invoice to the exterior of the box in a clear plastic document sleeve for custom clearances.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT:
- Online credit may only be used on our website.
