EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
WHAT IS DONNA-MORGAN.COM's RETURN POLICY?
FINAL SALE items may not be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not send back any items purchased as FINAL SALE. If FINAL SALE items are returned the item (s) will be put back into stock and no reimbursement will be provided. Please note, all sale items are final sale. Swatch orders are also FINAL SALE. Swatch orders are unavailable for return, refund or exchange.
Donna Morgan will gladly accept returns for regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and a correctly filled out Returns Form must be included with the return.
If an order is returned after 30 days the item(s) will be put back into stock and the customer will not receive any form of reimbursement.
For exchanges please process your order as a return within 30 days from the time of delivery and place a new order for the updated size you wish to receive. International orders are not available for exchange.
If no copy of your original invoice is included with your return, we will provide Online Credit in the amount of the current selling price of the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
Upon receipt of returned goods, Donna Morgan reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Online Credit is ONLY REDEEMABLE AT Donna-Morgan.com. Online Credit may not be used at Department Stores or any other locations that sell Donna Morgan merchandise.
Items purchased at major department stores or at any other store selling Donna Morgan merchandise may not be returned to Donna-Morgan.com.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
- Please SIGN IN to your Donna Morgan account
- Click ‘ORDER HISTORY & RETURNS’ for the order you wish to return
- To the right of the item(s) you wish to return please select your REASON FOR RETURN from the drop down menu
- Click Submit Return
If you checked out as a GUEST please call the Donna Morgan customer service department at 1-888-378-9411 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will gladly assist you.
For exchanges please process your order as a return and place a new order for the updated size you wish to receive.
Return Authorization for all international orders, must be preceded by contacting us within 30 days from the date the package arrives at your doorstep.
- Contacting us within that 30 day timeframe will initiate a commercial return invoice and detailed instructions for your return.
- Print the commercial invoice and/or return label
- Place all pieces of the entire return in one box
- Attach the commercial invoice to the exterior of the return box in a clear plastic document sleeve for custom clearance purposes.
- In certain cases, additional instructions will be included in the email authorizing the return which must be followed.
**International orders may not be exchanged
WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your refund/exchange to process within approximately 14 days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Donna Morgan. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
