Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you change your mind, we will happily accept all full price items purchased from that are not worn, altered, or washed, for a full refund if returned within 30 days.  All original tags must be attached and your return slip/packing slip needs to be included in your shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Gift Cards and Store Credit are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All styles purchased with a promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Final Sale and red-line items may not be returned and are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

All Fabric and Swatch orders are Final Sale.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery.

If an item is returned after 30 days of purchase the item will be put back into stock and the item will be not be reimbursed.

The customer is responsible for the cost return of shipping.

If you would like to exchange your original order, please do so within 30 days of delivery. You will need to place a new order with your desired style, color, and size.

 In order to be eligible for a full refund, please include your original order invoice within the return package.

 Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued in the form of original payment.

 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in an exchange.

  • 6. On your order invoice, please write the reason for your return and include the invoice in your return shipment.

Note: A deduction of $9.95 will be made to your refund when using our return label.

Note: You may create your own shipping label. However, we strongly recommend tracking and insurance on your package.

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed after you receive an email confirming our warehouse has received your item (s).


Please return international orders within 30 days of delivery.

  • 1. Please contact us within the 30 days to create a commercial return invoice.
  • 2. Print the commercial invoice and/or return label.
  • 3. Please attach the commercial invoice to the exterior of the box in a clear plastic document sleeve for custom clearances.
