Shipping U.S Orders
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping is dependent on the shipping method chosen and calculated based on the shipping address entered.
Free Ground shipping is offered on all continental U.S orders.
For U.S orders Donna-Morgan.com accepts the following forms of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. In addition, you can also pay through PayPal.
Donna-Morgan.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
IS SALES TAX CHARGED ON U.S ORDERS ?
Sales tax will be added for taxable items in deliveries to the following states: New York, Georgia, and Texas. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other state will not be charged tax.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Donna Morgan ships and delivers orders Monday thru Friday excluding U.S National Holidays. All orders received by 1pm EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST Friday will ship the following Monday.
WILL I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION/SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER?
After you complete your transaction on Donna-Morgan.com, an e-mail containing the order confirmation number will be sent to your specified e-mail address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail with a FedEx tracking number.
CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY OWN?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own, however, please be sure that the billing address matches the address associated with your form of payment.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We ship to po boxes and military mail boxes with FedEx SmartPost.
DOES DONNA MORGAN SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Donna-Morgan.com has partnered with Bongo International to service Donna-Morgan.com’s international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, 'Proceed to Checkout' as normal. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. Donna-Morgan.com will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address via FedEx.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Donna-Morgan.com ships to over 200 countries and territories worldwide using Bongo International. Please refer to Bongo’s Deliverable Country List to see all the countries supported.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ITEMS TO SHIP?
Items purchased will first be shipped domestically from Donna-Morgan.com’s facility to Bongo International’s Global Distribution Facility (see our domestic shipping times). From there, if your items are received by 4:00 pm EST, M-F, they will ship out that same day. If they are received after 4:00 pm EST, they will go out the next business day. You can refer to Bongo’s Transit Times to get an estimate of the transit time between the origin and final destination of your shipment.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Donna-Morgan.com’s international shipping provider, Bongo International, accepts 22 types of payment methods for international orders; options are localized according to your billing address. In addition to a number of acceptable credit card options, they also accept PayPal and Bitcoin.
HOW MUCH WILL BE CHARGED FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
When you place an order through Donna-Morgan.com, you will see the total shipping costs of the goods to your location including duties, taxes, and, in some instances, processing fees. However, there are some countries for which the pre-payment of duties and taxes is not supported. For those exceptions, duty and tax charges due on your shipment will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. You can refer to Bongo’s Duty/Tax Estimator to get an estimate of those charges.
All transactions are done in your billing currency. This prevents banks from charging you additional transaction fees after purchase.
HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL SHIP RATES DETERMINED?
International shipping rates are based on billable weight. Billable weight compares a package’s actual weight to its dimensional weight. The greater of the two is the billable weight and should be used to calculate the rate. A shipment’s dimensional weight is determined by the following formula: Dimensional weight in kg per package = Length x Height x Width in cm / 5,000.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. When you place your order, you will receive a universal tracking number that will allow you to track your package en route to its final destination.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
WHAT IS DONNA MORGAN'S RETURN POLICY?
FINAL SALE items may not be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not send back any items purchased as FINAL SALE. If FINAL SALE items are returned the item (s) will be put back into stock and no reimbursement will be provided. Please note, all sale items are final sale. Swatch orders are also FINAL SALE. Swatch orders are unavailable for return, refund or exchange.
Donna Morgan will gladly accept returns for regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and a correctly filled out Returns Form must be included with the return.
If an order is returned after 30 days the item(s) will be put back into stock and the customer will not receive any form of reimbursement.
For exchanges please process your order as a return within 30 days from the time of delivery and place a new order for the updated size you wish to receive. *International orders are not available for exchange.
If no copy of your original invoice is included with your return, we will provide Online Credit in the amount of the current selling price of the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
Upon receipt of returned goods, Donna Morgan reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Online Credit is ONLY REDEEMABLE AT Donna-Morgan.com. Online Credit may not be used at Department Stores or any other locations that sell Donna Morgan merchandise.
Items purchased at major department stores or at any other store selling Donna Morgan merchandise may not be returned to Donna-Morgan.com.

- To the right of the item(s) you wish to return please select your REASON FOR RETURN from the drop down menu
- Click Submit Return
If you checked out as a GUEST please call the Donna Morgan customer service department at 1-888-378-9411 or email email@example.com and and a representative will gladly assist you.
For exchanges please process your order as a return and place a new order for the updated size you wish to receive.
Return Authorization for all international orders, must be preceded by contacting us within 30 days from the date the package arrives at your doorstep.
- Contacting us within that 30 day timeframe will initiate a commercial return invoice and detailed instructions for your return.
- Print the commercial invoice and/or return label
- Place all pieces of the entire return in one box
- Attach the commercial invoice to the exterior of the return box in a clear plastic document sleeve for custom clearance purposes.
- In certain cases, additional instructions will be included in the email authorizing the return which must be followed.
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your refund/exchange to process within approximately 14 days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Donna Morgan. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR?
In the unlikely event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund as long as it is reported to customer service within 5 days from time of delivery. Note, a full refund is only available for regular priced items. Final sale items are only available for Online Credit. Please indicate that the wrong item was shipped on your return form.
IF I PURCHASE A GIFT FOR SOMEONE, CAN THEY EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
If your gift recipient would like to return an item, they may do so for Online Credit at Donna-Morgan.com within 30 days from the time the order was placed. Online Credit is only redeemable at Donna-Morgan.com. Alternatively, the gift recipient may elect to credit back the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order, if the garment is returned within 14 days from the time the order was delivered. Please note, Final Sale items received as gifts are not available for return, refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy regarding Final Sale items and the return of regular priced merchandise after 30 days.

The fit of Donna Morgan day time dresses are true to size.
The fit of the Donna Morgan Collection dresses are consistent with our size chart. Please take your bust, waist and hip measurements with minimal undergarments and refer to our size chart.
Please be sure that you are measured the following way:
Bust - width around back to furthest point of breast (different than bra measurement)
Waist - measurement slightly above your navel, below your ribs - where it indents on your sides
Hip - Measurement around the largest part of your bottom (buttocks) with feet together
