Donna Morgan’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of your shipment receipt confirmation date for all items purchased from this website. The merchandise must be in new, unwashed condition with the original labels and tags attached to the merchandise. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
Customer need to fill out the form below to initiate the return process. For any approved return, an RMA number will be issued and emailed to the customer for the purpose of tracking the merchandise. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice with the return RMA number written on it inside the return package.
A flat rate processing fee of USD $9.95 will be charged to the customer’s original form of payment once the return is processed.
You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
We do not offer direct exchanges for prices or item exchanges. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must place a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.

It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges. Before you contact us, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. Please note: Donna Morgan is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
